The Field Engagement Manager will serve as the primary liaison between XITS and HPE, driving joint sales pipeline growth through strategic alignment, field execution, and partner enablement. This role ensures both organizations maximize co-selling opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and deliver measurable revenue impact in targeted accounts. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Pipeline Development & Acceleration 
  • Identify, qualify, and progress joint opportunities across XITS and HPE’s target accounts. 
  • Monitor pipeline health and implement actions to reduce deal slippage and improve conversion rates. 
  • Field Alignment 
  • Build strong relationships with HPE field sellers and XITS account teams to ensure alignment on priorities. 
  • Coordinate joint account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews. 
  • Enablement & Activation 
  • Deliver training and resources to XITS sellers on HPE solutions, programs, and incentives. 
  • Promote HPE campaigns and MDF-funded activities to drive demand generation. 
Reporting & Insights 
  • Track KPIs: pipeline growth, influence revenue, and partner engagement metrics. 
  • Provide actionable insights into leadership on gaps, risks, and next-best actions. 
  • Event & Program Execution 
  • Organize joint customer events, webinars, and workshops to create demand and strengthen relationships. 

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years in channel sales, partner management, or field engagement roles. 
  • Strong understanding of OEM–reseller dynamics, preferably in enterprise IT solutions. 
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline growth and manage complex sales cycles. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and partner portals.
