We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our Sales Incentive Compensation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with strong knowledge of Human Capital Management, especially Total Rewards and Sales Incentive Compensation, and who thrives on applying technology to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Sales Incentive Compensation team to configure, optimize, and support technology solutions that align with compensation strategies.
  • Execute system changes, testing, and validation in support of incentive plan updates and operational needs.
  • Support data integration and reporting across HCM and Sales Incentive Compensation platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to troubleshoot, enhance, and sustain incentive systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incentive calculations through system execution and monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, with exposure to Total Rewards or Sales Incentive Compensation systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions Cloud.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects and system enhancements within a complex enterprise environment.
