Overview:
XDX Human Capital Management is seeking an HRIS Analyst, Business Relationship Management to support People Operations and drive technology-enabled process improvements. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with expertise in ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion and a passion for leveraging AI to redefine HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with People Operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow and AI technologies.
- Implement and optimize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to configure, maintain, and integrate HR technology solutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Research and propose AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks and improve decision-making in People Operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on new technologies and processes.
- Stay current with emerging HR technologies and AI trends, evaluating their potential impact on our operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HRIT roles.
- Ability and flexibility to work East Coast hours - as early as 7 am EST.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience using Oracle Fusion is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules (ticketing, updates and integrations is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in HR.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Project management experience.
