Drive application and system enhancements for business improvements

  • Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Understand business requirements
    • Obtain understanding of Business Objects and SAP HANA modelling to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives for reporting.
    • Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off
    • Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS
    • Provide training to business key-user/super-user
  • Configuration of system solution
    • Create functional specifications
    • Maintain configuration/solution documentation
  • Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
  • Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge in Business Objects, AFO, or any Business Intelligence reporting tool
  • Knowledgeable in Finance processes, with Revenue Accounting experience is a plus
  • Appropriate level of supply chain / services / sales and marketing business knowledge to effectively understand and support processes
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
  • Personal Credibility
    • Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
    • Good project management skills
    • Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications
    • Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
    • Uses appropriate confidentiality
    • Able to disseminate information appropriately

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting

EXPERIENCE 

  • Minimum two years in Finance within or outside of Lexmark
