Summary:


 
Industrial Maintenance Mechanics inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install and maintain the process and physical plant equipment including the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water treatment and steam generation systems. Our Industrial Mechanics also participate in Safety and Housekeeping Tours as well as annual Safety Training.

Pay Rate:

  • Boiler license - $37.00 per hour
  • Without boiler license - $30.60 per hour

Schedule:

Thursday through Monday - B or C shift
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Repair and maintain (in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer's specifications) machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Effectively and safely operate equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems as well as production machines and equipment.
  • Be able to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments on a daily basis
 
Qualifications:
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Maintenance background – ideally have working knowledge of instrumentation of boilers
  • Preferred to have Boilers License (Class 2) or ability to obtain license once eligible from on the job training
  • Has developed expertise in a variety of work processes through job-related training
