Inbound Sales Position Overview:
Join our team at a technology-driven digital printing company, where innovation and opportunity intersect. We're seeking an individual who can effectively use digital tools, automation, and the Xerox sales system to enhance our client engagement approach.

As a valued member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing our inbound channels and establishing meaningful connections with clients. Your goal will be to navigate the digital landscape proficiently, utilizing up-to-date sales automation software and telephony techniques that resonate with today's tech-savvy audience.

Key responsibilities include:

Client Engagement:
  • Convert inbound calls and web chats into service contract orders, with a focus on strategic upselling, cross-selling, building the equipment pipeline, and driving sales growth.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics, including revenue generation, profit margins, and win rates, continuously striving for improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with our field teams, collaborating to develop strategies for optimal coverage of overlaid accounts.
  • Apply sales strategies and call prioritization techniques to drive tangible business results.
  • Proactively engage with key decision-makers within client organizations, forging meaningful connections that drive success.
  • Identify and nurture high-quality equipment leads to fuel our growth.
  • Demonstrate fluency in articulating the features, advantages, and benefits of Xerox Solutions to prospective clients.
  • Skillfully resolve conflicts, both internally and externally, to maintain smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Master the art of executing inbound campaigns and strategies, ensuring their seamless integration into our sales approach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Implement proven sales management processes to achieve objectives related to new business, product launches, or segment expansion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' strategic business objectives, tailoring our offerings to align with their goals.

Process Management and Administration:
  • Oversee the Order To Install process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to installation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Embrace the flexibility to perform other necessary duties as required to contribute to our collective success.

  • Exhibit proficiency in systems literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet familiarity.

Education and Experience:
  • Prefer post-secondary education and/or equivalent sales experience.
  • Recommend previous contact center experience.
