Responsabilidades:
- Encargado de atender, registrar, solucionar o escalar en la herramienta de gestión las solicitudes de impresión que le han sido escolados por la Mesa de Ayuda del Cliente.
- Responsable de efectuar soporte técnico a los equipos, de forma remota o en sitio.
- Realizar toda gestión de monitoreo sobre la plataforma de impresión de modo que el servicio pueda ser anticipado o predictivo.
- Realizar la actualización e implementación de manuales, documentos y procedimientos de impresión.
- Capacitar a los usuarios en el uso de los equipos de impresión e incentiva a los usuarios en las mejores prácticas de ahorro de impresión.

• Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree
Responsibilities:
- In charge of attending, logging, resolving, or escalating in the management tool the printing requests that have been escalated by the Client Help Desk.
- Responsible for providing technical support to the equipment, either remotely or on-site.
- Perform all monitoring tasks on the printing platform to ensure the service can be proactive or predictive.
- Carry out diagnostics, configurations, maintenance, installations, moves, additions, or changes. Perform corrective maintenance and maintenance kit replacement. Load paper into the devices.
- Update and implement printing manuals, documents, and procedures.
- Train users on the use of printing equipment and encourage best printing‑saving practices.
Knowledge:

- Negotiation skills
• Responsible for the management of client relationship and contract delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end user customers. Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, customer satisfaction management, contract commitments delivered within cost targets, overall profit and revenue growth.
