Overview:
The LA D365 Key User serves as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 (D365), Experlogix CPQ, Power BI Sales Dashboards, and related sales applications across Latin America. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Process teams, and IT to support system adoption, resolve issues, improve business processes, and enhance sales productivity. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, application support experience, and a passion for delivering an exceptional user experience.

What You Will Do:
· Manage and support data integrity across accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, territories, and quotes
· Create, maintain, and support sales reports, dashboards, forecasting tools, and application integrations
· Deliver onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing training programs for sales teams, including Spanish-language documentation as needed
· Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and coordinate resolution efforts with IT teams
· Drive user adoption, participate in user acceptance testing, and gather feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need To Succeed:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Applications Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales Support, IT, Application Management, Sales Operations, or a related area
· Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create business reporting and training materials
