Overview:
The Legal Operations Analyst – IP & Operations supports the Office of General Counsel by managing operational workflows, data, and reporting tied to intellectual property and broader legal processes. This role is focused on execution, accuracy, and process support, while also contributing to ongoing automation and efficiency initiatives.

What You Will Do:
  • Process and track outside counsel and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Produce recurring monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports.
  • Monitor system workflows and resolve data or processing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data across legal systems and reporting tools, including contract flags and tracking fields.
  • Generate operational metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support core legal operations workflows.
  • Document processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
  • Support automation and AI-related initiatives through testing, documentation, deployment, and process enhancement.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, legal support, finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills, agility, and willingness to support wherever needed.
  • Strong technology aptitude and interest in AI-enabled tools.
  • IP knowledge is preferred, along with an understanding of legal and compliance work.
