We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M365 Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Lexmark-Xerox. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2 (L2) support for Microsoft 365 (M365) tools, with a specific focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. This role will involve assisting with the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these platforms to ensure seamless and efficient functionality for our users.

Key Responsibilities


Exchange Online Support

  • Monitor and maintain the Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online environments.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the Exchange Online environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot email flow issues, mailbox permissions, calendar issues, and security settings.
  • Perform group management and address other Exchange-related issues.

Teams Support

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, including chat, meetings, and collaboration features.
  • Manage Teams policies, settings, and permissions to ensure a secure and controlled environment.
  • Resolve issues related to user access, connectivity, and integration with other M365 services.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of Teams, including training and support for end users.

SharePoint and OneDrive Support

  • Monitor and maintain the OneDrive environment, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Grant necessary permissions on sites.
  • Help users with file synchronization issues and data recovery.
  • Manage storage quotas, sharing permissions, and security settings.
  • Provide training and support for users to maximize the use of OneDrive for Business.

Generic Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models.
  • Knowledge of app registration, enterprise application integration, and cloud identity models.
  • Proactively monitor Microsoft updates.
  • Remain up to date on future M365 product roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting M365 tools, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Strong understanding of M365 administration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively support and train end users.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
