JOB PURPOSE:

As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of printer and multifunction device deployment projects across Italian-speaking markets.

Working within an international environment, you will coordinate orders, deliveries, installations, returns, and asset tracking while ensuring project milestones, data accuracy, and customer expectations are met.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Project Managers throughout customer deployment and implementation projects
  • Manage hardware orders, shipments, returns, and disposal activities
  • Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, installation partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Track project activities, service requests, inventory movements, and order-to-invoice processes in relevant systems
  • Collect, validate, and maintain asset, inventory, and project data
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive issue resolution
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Contribute to process improvements and support knowledge sharing within the team

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant professional background in Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Coordination, or a related area
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Confidence working across international teams and cultures
  • Familiarity with Italian-speaking customers is considered a plus

 

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, with strong Excel capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Siebel is an advantage
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Effective communicator, able to build productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
