Location: Lexington, Kentucky
Compensation: $140,000-$225,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, On-Site
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and measurement of electrical or electronic components, assemblies, and modules with a strong focus on PCBA manufacturing. This role plays a critical part in aligning operational priorities, supporting global manufacturing efforts, and driving execution across cross functional teams. You will apply deep technical expertise and leadership experience to influence outcomes and ensure high quality delivery.

What You Will Do:
• Lead design, development, and measurement activities for electronic components and assemblies
• Apply hands on expertise in PCBA manufacturing to support production and quality outcomes
• Adapt departmental plans to address operational and resource challenges
• Guide and support a team of four individuals within a collaborative environment
• Make decisions aligned with established policies, procedures, and business plans
What You Need to Succeed:
• 10 or more years of experience working with and leading teams in PCBA manufacturing environments
• In depth, hands on knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes
• Experience working within supply chain and operations environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide guidance when needed
• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field
