MISSION

  • Define and Implement a Channels Strategy in a region.
  • Expand the reach of our full range of offers to SMB (HW, SW, Services)
  • Transform the coverage model by retaining the best Monobrand Partners and onboard New ones  
  • Ensure a fair transition to Digital business.
  • Instill trust and credibility with Partners.
  • Deliver Plan and revenue growth.

ROLE

  • Reporting to the country SMB GM, she/he is in charge:
  • Define a coverage strategy to best address business opportunities in a given region.  
  • Deliver a proper value proposition roll-out in all its dimensions and ensure it’s implemented.  
  • Identify and engage critical non-Xerox resellers to anticipate/put in motion channel management effect.
  • Set regular business reviews with Partners to monitor progress, identify areas of improvement, and measure performance against targets through various KPIs.
  • Support corporate processes to manage daily Partners’ experience.
  • Implement a sales strategy through value Channels (Monobrand, Multibrand, Corporate reseller)
  • Inspect Pipeline health and strength – accountability with deals beyond $500K
  • Manage a team reporting to her/him with appropriate coaching/direction.
  •  Enable employees to evolve properly within their role.
  •  Interact wisely with business functions supporting SMB (TS, Finance, Legal, HR, SOE….)
  • Take part in SMB governance.
