Xerox's IT Solutions division is seeking a seasoned IT Senior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and is ready to help shape the future of technology sales in Quebec.
This role is ideal for a senior seller with an existing book of business, a drive to open new doors, and a passion for positioning hardware solutions (laptops, infrastructure, and overall IT services) into mid-market and enterprise accounts. As part of a dynamic and well-supported startup-like unit, you’ll benefit from both the agility of a growth business and the backing of Xerox’s powerful brand and operational infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead customer engagement with confidence and technical acumen across IT services, infrastructure, and hardware solutions.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition, while expanding your influence in established accounts.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, manage objections, and close profitable deals with autonomy.
- Build and maintain your own book of business, supported by marketing, technical, and leadership resources.
- Leverage and maintain Salesforce for opportunity management and forecasting.
- Deliver polished, customized sales proposals and presentations.
- Influence procurement decisions and lead strategic conversations at the executive level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in French, with strong English communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
- 5+ years in IT sales or business development, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in hardware sales, infrastructure solutions, or the manufacturing vertical is a strong plus.
- A strategic, driven mindset—someone who sees obstacles as invitations to think differently and push further.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (for client meetings).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and resilience.
Compensation:
The base salary posted reflects the fixed component of the compensation package. Your On-Target Earnings (OTE)—inclusive of base and incentive—will reflect your performance and market experience.
