Overview:

As a Billing Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated electronic invoice presentment solutions to external clients. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and a customer-first mindset to enable accurate and efficient billing processes aligned with our digital transformation strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the development and implementation of electronic invoice presentment solutions
  • Manage customer data mapping using EDI and eCommerce standards
  • Develop tools and solutions that support invoice accuracy and collectability
  • Oversee vendor and SLA performance while ensuring compliance with service standards
  • Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of back-office systems including orders, billing, and collections
  • Excellent project management skills with a background in SDLC methodologies
  • Effective communication and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Knowledge in computer programming languages
