Overview

The Order Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to resolve order discrepancies, support timely fulfillment and billing, and enhance the overall customer experience. The position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and data integrity.

What You’ll Do
  • Process, validate, and maintain customer orders accurately and within defined service levels
  • Execute order updates including pricing validation, product mapping, and delivery modifications
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to resolve order issues and data discrepancies
  • Monitor order flows, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate as needed to protect service and revenue
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and operational delays
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Order Management, OTC operations, Customer Service, or related roles
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, APEX) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
