As a COE Process Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful projects, optimizing business processes, and championing digital transformation. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and deliver programs/projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with goals, schedule, and budget
  • Own and monitor operational metrics, scorecards, and performance reports for various COEs
  • Partner with IT and business analysts to ensure clear technical requirements and support cross-functional collaboration
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops, training, and documentation of business workflows
  • Develop and support automation and digital transformation initiatives across O2C/Billing operations
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Preferred; certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management are a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and strong documentation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including metric tracking, scorecard reporting, and variance analysis
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear presentation and facilitation experience
