Overview:

The Order Management Manager provides strategic and people leadership across global Order Management teams, ensuring accurate order entry, effective customer communication, and on-time delivery. This role drives operational excellence, harmonizes processes across regions, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop global Order Management teams to deliver timely, accurate order fulfillment
  • Ensure effective internal and external customer communication throughout the order lifecycle
  • Drive process harmonization and continuous improvement across regions
  • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs to enhance service levels and financial performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to support change management and operational priorities
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • 3–5+ years of people management experience, ideally in supply chain, shared services, or BPO environments
  • Demonstrated success in change management and team development
  • Strong process orientation with continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working in ERP-enabled environments
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Lean / Six Sigma project leadership
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally as needed
