Overview 

  • Role: Senior Business Developer  - Customer Communication Management (CCM) Services role
  • Location: France 
  • Objective: Sell CCM Services to French clients, following the acquisition of Go Inspire in the UK. 

Responsibilities 

  • Achieve new business services for offers including content, graphic design, document composition, multi-channel delivery, customer experience enhancement, and advanced communication platforms. 
  • Identify and pursue new CCM business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. 
  • Build meaningful senior customer relationships and pre-engage ahead of client procurement exercises. 
  • Personalize the CCM value proposition to resonate within the target market. 
  • Develop a live pipeline of qualified sales prospects. 
  • Achieve annual new business targets based on revenue and gross profit. 
  • Focus on personal development and expanding knowledge and network within the sector. 

Requirements 

  • Proven sales experience in marketing services and CCM. 
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain new client relationships at all levels. 
  • At least 5 years of successful sales or consultancy experience in the marketing journey. 
  • Problem-solving abilities with positive business outcomes for clients. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM. 

Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a global team. 
  • Knowledge of  document composition  services and tools – Quadient, Doc1 HP Extream. 
  • Fluent in English & French. 

Training & Support 

  • Up to six weeks of Sales Development Program training. 
  • Training includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and self-paced e-learning. 
  • Go Inspire Sales Master Expert coaching. 
  • Collaboration with Client Manager, GI Subject-Matter Experts, Service Delivery, and Bid Team.
