Job Title: PREO Champion 

 

Job Overview: The PREO Champion is responsible for managing ongoing sales field and operations support for the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) toolset. This role involves maintaining effective communications, generating sales reports, and managing inbound chatbot alerts to ensure seamless operations and support for the sales team. It is the full time opportunity with M-F, 8AM-5PM EST, Remote (or) Hybrid if near an XBS/Xerox office location.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Field and Operations Support: Provide continuous support to the sales field and operations teams, ensuring the CPQ toolset is effectively utilized, and any issues are promptly addressed. 
  • Communications: Maintain clear and consistent communication with sales teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient workflow. 
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes. 
  • Chatbot Management: Monitor and manage inbound chatbot alerts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries and issues. 
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in training and onboarding new team members on the CPQ toolset and related processes. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales operations, support, or a related field. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CPQ tools and other relevant software. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with chatbot management and automation tools. 
  • Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
