About the Role

The Paralegal supports the OGC Contract Teams by ensuring efficient contract processing, signature execution, and document management across the contract lifecycle.
This role is primarily operational, focusing on contract tracking, execution coordination, and administrative support, while leveraging CLM systems and Microsoft tools.
Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

Contract & CLM Support

  • Track, organize, and maintain contracts in CLM and shared repositories
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of contract records and data fields
  • Support standardization and continuous improvement of processes

Signature & Execution Management

  • Manage contract routing and signature coordination
  • Follow up with signatories to ensure timely execution
  • Verify approvals and compliance with signature authority requirements
  • Maintain accurate status tracking and reporting

OGC & Document Support

  • Prepare simple legal documents using approved templates
  • Respond to routine process and policy inquiries
  • Escalate complex legal issues to Contract Managers or Counsel

Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain contract status trackers and support reporting needs
  • Assist with compliance checks and documentation organization
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract processing

Qualifications:

Experience & Tools

  • Experience supporting legal, contracts, or operations teams preferred
