The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of operational, financial, and program management functions that support the company’s strategic partner ecosystem. This role is ideal for a highly organized, process-driven professional who can leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, ensure accuracy, and enhance decision-making across partner programs. The Partner Operations Manager acts as the backbone of the Partner & Alliances team, driving operational efficiency, financial governance, and scalable processes that enable growth and strong partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Build, document, and optimize partner operations processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline information, reporting, and workflow tracking.
  • Maintain centralized tools, trackers, and documentation to ensure partner program deliverables are executed on time and with precision.

Financial & Program Governance

  • Oversee financial operations tied to partner programs, including rebates, MDF, SPIFFs, and event budgets.
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and prepare clear, accurate reporting for leadership and finance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, program requirements, and audit standards.

Partner Program Support

  • Coordinate partner program activities, including onboarding, enablement, and ongoing program deliverables.
  • Track partner performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support cadence meetings, trainings, and joint planning sessions with internal teams and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and vendor teams to align on priorities and deliverables.
  • Support internal teams with reporting, data insights, and process improvements that drive revenue growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for partner operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, detail-intensive workflows with high accuracy.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget tracking, rebates, and incentive management.
  • Skilled in using AI and automation to streamline data, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and partner/vendor portals; experience with AI productivity tools preferred.
