    Responsabilidades

    • Atención incidentes en sitio.
    • Gestión solicitudes e incidentes.
    • Atención Solicitudes Usuarios en Sitio.
    • Realizar recorrido a la planta
    • Preparación de reportes (Excel) de resolución de incidentes, niveles de cumplimiento de SLAs.
    • Reparación multifuncionales Lexmark
    • Colocación de kits de mantenimiento. 
    • Control de solicitud de consumibles y retorno de los mismos      
    • revisión de Equipos de la Planta
    • Mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en equipos Lexmark               

    Conocimiento:

    • Excel
    • Herramientas de monitoreo (Service Now)

    Ubicación asignada:

    Daimler Vehículos Comerciales México, S. de R.L. de C.V. 

    Carretera General Cepeda 8395 Ejido Derramadero 
    Saltillo, COAH 25300 

    Lunes a sábado 

    Rotación de los 3 turnos.



• Completed technical degree or incomplete professional degree
• 1 year of experience in customer service and support for printing equipment (preferably Lexmark)

Responsibilities

• On-site incident support
• Management of requests and incidents
• On-site user support
• Conduct plant walkthroughs
• Prepare Excel reports on incident resolution and SLA compliance levels
• Repair Lexmark multifunction printers
• Install maintenance kits
• Manage consumable requests and returns
• Inspect plant equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment

Knowledge

• Excel
• Monitoring tools (ServiceNow)
