JOB FUNCTION

  • Ensure the efficient flow of products across EMEA while balancing service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive demand and supply planning activities, including production scheduling and inventory optimization.
  • Provide visibility on stock levels and order fulfillment to key stakeholders.
  • Support business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Contribute to a Lean and continuously improving supply chain environment.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

  • Manage EMEA supply planning activities to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
  • Create and monitor production plans and orders to meet customer demand on time.
  • Oversee inventory levels, warehouse capacity, inbound shipments, and backlog management.
  • Ensure effective allocation and stock reservation processes to support business priorities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and escalations.
  • Drive operational improvements while supporting NPI and Direct Shipment activities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Order Management within an international environment.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent Business English.
  • SAP and advanced Excel knowledge are advantageous.
  • APICS, Lean/Green Belt certification, or BI reporting experience are considered a plus.
