Position Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Price and Product Analyst to join our Xerox Canada Ltd. team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and pricing information within our internal systems, managing the economic recovery program, and ensuring timely updates in our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) platform, VQX. The ideal candidate will be key in supporting sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through accurate and strategic pricing and product data management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update product and pricing data in internal systems and tools.
  • Manage and execute regular and ad-hoc price increases across all relevant platforms.
  • Ensure the Configure Price Quote (VQX) system is up to date with current product offerings and pricing structures.
  • Coordinate the input and output of the sales catalog to ensure accurate product pricing, information, and adherence to contracting guidelines.
  • Actively contribute as a key member of relevant program and product launch teams, providing expertise on pricing, product data, and system integration to support successful execution.
  • Support special projects, including ad-hoc analyses, renewal letter preparation, economic recovery initiatives, and product end-of-life processes.
  • Support the Origination team by resolving order entry errors related to system setup issues, ensuring accuracy and continuity in the order-to-cash process.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance teams to validate pricing accuracy and support business strategies.
  • Oversee and implement annual system updates to reflect Economic Recovery Program adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate alignment with corporate pricing strategies and market conditions.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring accurate configuration and pricing within the system.
  • Assist with data integrity audits and resolve discrepancies on time.
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date procedural guidelines for product and pricing updates.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Experience in B2B environments is a plus.
