Essential Functions: 
  • Possesses skills and competencies to deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (document prepping, scanning, and storing) 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds  
  • Point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs   
  • Operate office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner)  
  • Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g., paper cutters, inserters, laminating, spiral binders, hole punch unit) 
  • Problem-solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements 
  • Perform quality inspection before, during, and after the output of each production run   
  • Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs   
  • Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution, and image registration  
  • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing   
  • May be required to travel to various account sites, as necessary 

Skills:  
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Able to work independently, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization 
  • Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing 
  • Demonstrated ability to send and receive emails, find, open, and save documents and files, perform data entry 
  • Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism 

Experience and Education: 
  • Training provided on print and device duties (no experience required) 
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
