Role Summary:
The Privacy Program Analyst supports the development, execution, and maturation of the organization’s global privacy and data protection program. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for operationalizing privacy requirements, addressing program gaps, and embedding privacy into business processes across a global, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations of the privacy program
  • Maintain privacy documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Assist with compliance across global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Support Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and data inventories (RoPA)
  • Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs/DPIAs)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Security, HR)
  • Support vendor risk assessments and incident response activities

Qualifications:
  • 1–5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of data privacy principles and regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to privacy tools (e.g., OneTrust, TrustArc)
  • Familiarity with data mapping, RoPA, or DPIAs
  • Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
