Overview:

The Xerox Production Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales of Xerox’s industry leading portfolio of production document technology solutions within an established territory of commercial major accounts. The Production Solutions Specialist leads and collaborates with other Xerox sales, delivery and technical support professionals to create differentiated solutions that drive significant customer value.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales quota for production technology and software sales in assignment. Emphasis on growing placements and revenue
  • Fully own and grow sales of Xerox production devices (Prime link Mono & Color, Versant VR280 & 4100, & Nuvera) and workflow software (Freeflow and XMPie) in assignment while maintaining current production placements.
  • Spot, qualify, engage and partner with other product specialists to drive sales of Iridesse, iGen, and Baltoro Inkjet solutions. 
  • Engage OEM and Xerox resources to drive sales of third-party workflow solutions to improve stickiness, drive incremental revenue, and improved margins
  • Develop accurate pricing and professional proposals that increase revenue and margins and fully justify and sell the value of Xerox solutions
  • Maintain accurate SFDC production pipeline to meet sales objectives with consistent activity updates and accurate forecasting. Drive essential activities including sales calls, demonstrations, and proposals 
  • Grow and manage relationships with Enterprise customers within assigned territory, be viewed as the go-to focal/expert for production and software activity. Provide impeccable follow up with internal teams and clients
  • Work collaboratively with other sales and delivery personnel to identify opportunities and drive sales of focus products across user and non-user accounts
  • Manage client implementations to ensure smooth solution transitions, engage service and analyst team in process, verify all aspects of client and site readiness to leverage inventory and revenue
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of the Xerox product and services portfolio as well as industry practices via on-going training


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Benchmark selling skills and demonstrated performance in prior roles
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills
  • Hardware and software sales experience focusing on strategic account management  
  • Working knowledge of Xerox services offerings
  • Ability to build strong relationship with Enterprise customers & ability to work in collaborative selling environment 
  • Experience using with SFDC or similar CRM tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Products
