About the Role:

The Program Manager is a key leadership role within the Production Print Products RDE organization, responsible for driving new product programs through the full product delivery lifecycle — from Concept Initiation through Launch. This position applies Xerox Technical Excellence and Financial program planning processes to ensure disciplined execution, strong governance, and consistent performance across all partner organizations.

You will lead cross‑functional teams spanning Line of Business (LOB), Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Purchasing, Service, and external suppliers. Your work ensures that program scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met while maintaining alignment with business priorities and customer expectations.

Purpose:

  • Lead new production print programs through the Xerox product delivery process from Concept Initiation to Launch
  • Apply Technical Excellence and Financial program planning methodologies
  • Provide governance, performance reviews, and structured communication across all partner organizations

Scope:

  • Senior‑level accountability for scoping, planning, and implementing new production printing programs
  • Engage with LOB, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, service, and external vendors to drive programs from concept to launch
  • Track and maintain post‑launch performance and ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives
  • Own program budgets, schedules, resource alignment, and issue resolution across the value chain

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead a cross‑functional program team with all required value chain partners
  • Align delivery partners to common program goals and business priorities
  • Work with LOB, engineering teams, and external vendors to ingest and scope new program and feature requests
  • Manage all key program deliverables — technical and non‑technical — including:
    • Software and hardware components
    • Support processes and service strategy
    • Documentation and training
    • Market‑facing materials and roadmaps
    • Delivery processes, cost models, and licensing elements
  • Account for regional and international differences in deliverables
  • Develop and maintain program schedules; organize resources; delegate tasks; monitor progress; and adjust plans to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
  • Negotiate with external vendors and internal organizations within business case constraints
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including program forums and published artifacts
  • Provide monthly status updates to senior leadership and executive committees
  • Navigate programs through established Xerox Program Management processes and internal governance phase gates
  • Lead the team through exceptions, trade‑offs, escalations, and complex decision‑making scenarios

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • MS in Product Management or MBA preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated results

  • Proven ability to plan and deliver complex offerings across multiple development groups and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing business cases and cost models
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve logistical hurdles, close communication gaps, and drive alignment across a broad value chain
