Functions: 

Oversee all aspects of Webster EA toner QA laboratory.  Work closely with QA staff, Engineering, Shift Leaders, and Process Specialists in a dynamic manufacturing environment (customer driven approach).


Location:

Webster EA Toner Plant


Schedule:

Rotating 4x7 Shift Position.


Execute analytical tests specific to EA toner manufacturing. Including; x-ray spectroscopy (EDXRF), color spectrophotometry, particle size/shape, light microscopy, pH, conductivity, viscosity, moisture, measurements.


Required Skills:

  • Prior quality lab experience preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team attitude.
  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control “6 Sigma & Lean” principles.
  • Aptitude for solving problems and troubleshooting analytical equipment.

Education:
  • Associate or Bachelor level technical/applied science degree.
