Digital Transformation – Data Analyst
Location: Budapest IX th district , Hungary (Hybrid)

About the Role
Are you ready to turn raw data into strategic business growth? As a Digital Transformation Data Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data systems and business decision-making. You will analyze sales data, identify trends, and design user-friendly dashboards that guide senior leadership. Your insights will directly optimize costs and uncover new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration: Gather, review, and evaluate sales data from various internal business systems.
  • Dashboard Development: Create, update, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards tailored to user needs.
  • Strategic Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, errors, exceptions, and business opportunities.
  • Business Mapping: Document business cases by constructing workflow charts, writing technical specifications, and designing modifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business users, aligned functions, and IT teams to manage expectations and drive reporting projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in data reporting or business analysis roles.
  • Core Tech Stack: Professional, hands-on knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL is a must.
  • Language: Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) is required to present to senior leadership.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales mechanisms and the ability to grasp operational objectives quickly.
  • Soft Skills: Pro-active, well-organized, and capable of working independently while managing strict priorities.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with alternative BI or data tools (e.g., Tableau, Python) is a great advantage.
