Position Overview:

Join our dynamic sales team within Xerox Digital Sales and become a key player in reshaping how we connect with our clients. As a Sales Support Specialist (Xerox Hardware Rental), also known internally as the Short-Term Rental Specialist, you'll be engaging with Xerox and prospective clients across North America. Your mission is to grow short term rental sales and account retention in your assigned geographic territory. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand and nurture Xerox accounts, creating incremental business opportunities that make a significant impact.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build relationships and understand client needs for personalized solutions.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and document rental contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify leads, develop sales strategies, and expand the customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitors to stay competitive.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns promptly for high satisfaction levels.
  • Operational Excellence and Compliance:
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on printer products and coordinate client training.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate contract risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Sales and Business Development: Pursue new opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek professional growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.


What You Need To Succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales development excellence: effective collaboration across stakeholders, leveraging sales aptitude with assertiveness, persistence, and keen listening skills
  • Consistently exceeding targets and metrics & navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level acumen.
  • Building strong interpersonal relationships and negotiating effectively
  • Showcasing tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency and data analysis
  • Approaching challenges with maturity, self-confidence, and resilience, with strong attention to detail
  • A post-secondary degree is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning.
