Overview: 

Xerox Company is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years is currently seeking a Sales Support Associate/Specialist to work and provide support to our Major Account customers with both internal and external communication by educating, escalating, and resolving issues to promote revenue generating activity.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Work with sales teams to ensure client expectations are delivered upon and demonstrate an organized and united front to the customer.  
  • Determine customer billing / invoicing needs. Function as a liaison between customer and financing partner to meet these needs.  
  • E-Automate, a cloud-based managed print service software for office technology businesses, reporting.  
  • Update customer equipment lists to reflect all additions, deletions, moves, etc. – Major accounts.  
  • Resolve customer issues such as billing, leasing, invoicing, FMAudit, service and supply escalations.   
  • Account review development, quarterly business reviews (QBR), and coordination – Major accounts.  
  • Work with the Sales Team, external support, Xerox, Operations and Leasing (internally or externally) as needed to reach resolution.  
  • Routinely display and create a helpful and positive work culture.  
  • Encourage and build positive relationships and communicate effectively with all co-workers and external customers and vendors.  
  • Always conduct self as the public image of the company in accordance with the Xerox Code of Conduct.  
What You Need to Succeed:  
  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft programs) and aptitude are required.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.  
  • Attention to detail and committed follow-through on issues, problems, projects.  
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proven ability to perform accurately under time-sensitive situations.  
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills and capable of working with and assisting sales and logistics personnel.

  • Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of the role and responsibilities.  
  • Job shadowing to prepare you to perform repairs, set-ups and troubleshoot independently.
