Role Summary:
The Senior Consumables Management Specialist is responsible for managing consumables operations through data analysis, technical investigations, and process improvements. The role focuses on identifying trends, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of consumables aligned with customer contracts. This position leverages reporting and automation tools to drive efficiency and support business decisions. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders, including engineering teams, to resolve complex operational issues and improve overall process performance. 

Functional / Technical Competencies:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Exposure to automation tools and AI-related solutions (preferred)
  • Basic coding or scripting knowledge (nice to have)
  • Ability to conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data-driven analysis and investigations related to consumables performance and exceptions
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel
  • Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with global technical and engineering teams to resolve operational issues
  • Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate findings through clear reporting, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
  • Participate in or lead process improvement and automation initiatives

  • Accurate and actionable data reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Timely resolution of consumables-related issues and escalations
  • Improved operational efficiency through automation and process improvements
  • Quality analysis supporting business and operational decision-making

  • Ensure alignment with global consumables management standards
  • Enhance collaboration with global stakeholders and technical teams

Relevant Credentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred background in IT, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or technical operations
  • Experience in consumables or MPS is a plus but not required

Must Haves:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to Power BI or automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to Haves:
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation tools
  • Basic coding or scripting skills
  • Experience in Managed Print Services (MPS)
  • Experience in consumables management
  • Background in research or technical investigation
