POSITION SUMMARY: Perform import and export Customs clearance activity with efficient process at lowest cost to ensure goods timely delivery. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: •Work together with team to prepare the related customs paper and data including the boned material and new BOM registration, BOM update and monthly reconciliation. •Assist team to conduct internal audit and prepare related audit documents (plan, findings etc) •Prepare & apply customs/CIQ documentation & license relates to import/export when need •Work together with team to maintaining and assuring the accuracy and integrity of all customs records •Support some urgent business needs (example: trade related documents preparation due to logistic flow change) •Implement any urgent task assigned by leadership MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: •College degree or above •Minimum +5 years’ working experience, familiar with processing trade or related customs process to be preferred •Good communication skill and can work with diverse parties independently and properly •Good at both English writing and speaking •Strong sense on integrity and ethical compliance •Skilled at problem solving, logistics/customs project experience to be preferred •Initiative, self-driving and to be proved as a good team player
