Overview: 
Xerox Corporation is seeking a motivated Sr. Hybrid Network Engineer. As a Sr. Hybrid Network Engineer, you will provide a world-class client experience by ensuring successful outcomes for our clients located both in the greater Denver, CO area as well as across the country. You'll work closely with our clients, pre-sales team, and peers to implement, and support Cloud, Security, and Networking technologies with an emphasis on Aruba, Cisco, and Azure solutions. A combination of deep technical expertise, a strong sense of personal integrity, a professional demeanor, and a focus on building lasting client relationships will be critical to ensuring ongoing success for our organization and that of our clients. This position is a hybrid role, which may require 2 days per week onsite and periodic travel.  
 
Experience: 
  • Established experience in Enterprise LAN/ WAN technologies including OSPF, BGP, MPLS  
  • SD-WAN, ICE, ClearPass, GreenLake, or DNA experience required 
  • Experience with large client firewall, switches and wireless implementations required.
  • Rack/stack/install new security and networking appliances. 
  • Strong Security and Firewall experience with ASA, Firepower, Meraki, Palo Alto, WatchGuard 
  • Cloud & Virtualization networking experience with VMware, Azure or AWS 
  • Network Configuration of firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, and identity solutions 
  • Experience with Datacenter networking or Cloud networking with security solutions: ZTNA, and SASE solutions preferred. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Operate as a project-focused engineer to ensure successful delivery of modern solutions for Clients; On-prem, Hybrid, and Cloud-based clients' infrastructures.   
  • Utilize your skills, time, and resources to successfully deploy technology projects while maintaining excellent client communication and satisfaction.   
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and support extensive cloud and on-premise technology solutions with clients  
  • Provide strong documentation and client knowledge transfer.  
  • Maintain client communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle 
  • Ability to work independently, and collaborate with the team to complete client projects  
  • Ability to partner well with all levels of business organizations both internally and with clients   
  • Working with 3rd party Vendors regarding equipment, maintenance, and upgrades 
  • Be a strong mentor for teammates and an SME for networking solutions 
Qualifications: 
  • CCIE level vendor certifications required  
  • College degree or highly certified preferred 
  • 10+ years of general IT experience with focus on Network & Security Solutions 
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Related Cloud, Security and Networking certifications required. 
  • Preferred (Cisco, Aruba, Dell, Palo Alto, Fortinet, VMware, Azure) 
  • Flexibility in task assignments, priorities, and work environment 
  • Creative problem solver and desire to learn. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex environments and perform root cause analysis. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
