Overview:

The Senior OTC Analyst – Lease Operations supports the end-to-end lease contract lifecycle within the Order-to-Cash organization, ensuring accurate contract activation, maintenance, billing, and closeout activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining billing integrity, supporting revenue recognition, resolving contract-related issues, and delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. The position contributes to operational excellence through strong analytical skills, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Process lease contract activations, modifications, renewals, and closeout transactions
  • Review and validate contract documentation, audit packages, and financial requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage contract maintenance activities, including pricing updates, billing adjustments, extensions, and add-ons
  • Process lease refinancing transactions, buyouts, prepayments, and end-of-term activities
  • Investigate and resolve contract discrepancies, billing issues, and system exceptions
  • Perform reconciliations, reporting, and analysis to support operational and financial accuracy
  • Process financial adjustments such as reversals, waivers, and tax-related corrections as required
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Support compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and established operating procedures
 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; any bachelor's degree will be considered, with finance-related disciplines preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Lease Administration, Contract Management, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and contract lifecycle management
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial applications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a high-volume transactional environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
