Overview:
Xerox is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Service Delivery Revenue Specialist to support billing operations, revenue management, and service delivery activities across our Canadian Enterprise Print Services organization. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Service Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure accurate billing, contractual compliance, operational reporting, and continuous process improvement while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do:
  • Process billing changes and maintain accurate customer billing information and invoices.
  • Partner with Sales and Service Delivery teams to implement contractual pricing updates and billing requirements.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support revenue and margin performance.
  • Maintain account documentation within SharePoint and DocuShare repositories.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Customer Communication Meetings (CCMs), and customer reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies.
  • Resolve billing inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support Canadian Enterprise Print Services pricing activities, contractual adjustments, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for Service Delivery Revenue processes and supporting technologies.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Experience supporting billing operations, revenue management, financial analysis, or service delivery functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, project coordination experience, or knowledge of enterprise print services is considered an asset.
