We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-production and multifunction printing equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance and delivers an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment.
  • Diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Replace damaged parts and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Provide customer training and guidance on equipment use.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service logs and daily reports.
  • Safeguard company assets such as parts, tools, and equipment.


Requirements


  • Technical Degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (minimum).
  • Technical English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar role servicing high-production printing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, networking, and computing.

Sobre el puesto


Buscamos un Ingeniero de Servicio con experiencia para realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de impresión de alta producción y multifuncionales. Este rol garantiza un desempeño óptimo de los equipos y una excelente experiencia para el cliente.


Responsabilidades principales


  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en los equipos instalados.
  • Diagnosticar fallas técnicas, analizar causas raíz e implementar soluciones efectivas.
  • Sustituir partes dañadas y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo.
  • Capacitar y asesorar a los clientes en el buen uso de los equipos.
  • Mantener documentación precisa, incluyendo bitácoras y reportes diarios.
  • Salvaguardar los activos de la compañía (refacciones, herramientas, etc.).


Requisitos


  • Carrera técnica concluida o Ingeniería (mínimo).
  • Inglés técnico.
  • Dominio de la paquetería de Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar, brindando servicio a equipos de impresión de alta producción.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica, mecánica, redes y computación.
