As a Core ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting solutions that connect systems, data, and users globally. What You Will Do:

  • Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across modules
  • Collaborate with global business users and IT teams to deliver effective solutions
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, and ongoing team discussions
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, including root cause analysis for major issues
  • Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 to 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes such as incident, change, and problem management
  • Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global stakeholders
