Role Overview

The Site Accounting Support Student Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate documentation, records management, and coordination with government agencies and vendors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the filing and organization of LRDC Finance records, including invoices and permanent regulatory documents (SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, etc.).
  • Support the preparation and compilation of corporate records required by government agencies, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform liaison and errand duties with external partners such as ACCRA Law, BIR, City Treasurer, City Assessor, SEC, and PEZA.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary, Board of Directors (BOD), and ACCRA for documentation and signing of board resolutions and secretary’s certificates.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking vendors’ invoices to ensure proper documentation and processing.
  • Support the release and distribution of employees’ Community Tax Certificates (CTC).
  • Receive and route invoices and important documents from vendors and external partners.
  • Follow up with customers/vendors for submission of required documents, including BIR Form 2307 and official receipts/invoices.
  • Maintain accurate filing of company records and prepare inventory lists of corporate documents.
  • Assist in records management, including the disposal of documents older than ten (10) years in compliance with company policy.
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support as assigned by the Finance team.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Required to complete internship/OJT hours as part of academic curriculum.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office administrative processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to handle administrative and liaison tasks.
