Overview
The Software Quality Assurance Engineer evaluates software products and applications to help ensure high-quality experiences for customers. This role partners with development engineers and cross-functional teams to validate software reliability, functionality, performance, and usability while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position is designed for early-career to intermediate-level professionals, including strong recent graduates and candidates with relevant experience.

What You Will Do
  • Evaluate software quality to help ensure customer expectations are met for reliability, functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Design test strategies and create test plans to support software validation efforts.
  • Execute testing activities, including exploratory testing and end-to-end validation scenarios.
  • Gather, analyze, and communicate testing results and quality findings to stakeholders.
  • Log, track, and report defects, issues, quality metrics, and system performance results.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Relevant software quality assurance, software testing, or related experience, typically ranging from entry level through approximately five years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to new technologies and processes.
