La entidad legal, Xerox, es una empresa líder en servicios y tecnología de la información que ha redefinido la experiencia laboral por más de 100 años. Actualmente buscamos un Soporte en Sitio para brindar atención directa al cliente Santander en Querétaro.
En este rol, serás responsable de la atención de incidentes, solicitudes en sitio y mantenimiento de equipos de impresión.


Qué harás:

• Atender incidentes y solicitudes de usuarios en sitio
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos Lexmark
• Gestionar tickets e incidentes en sistema (Dynamics 365)
• Preparar reportes en Excel sobre SLAs e incidentes
• Controlar consumibles y solicitud de refacciones

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito:

• Carrera técnica, técnico profesional o licenciatura relacionada
• Experiencia mínima de 1–2 años en área similar
• Conocimientos en Microsoft 365 (Excel intermedio indispensable)
• Experiencia deseable en reparación de equipos Lexmark
• Disponibilidad para trabajo 100% presencial en Querétaro

Overview:
The legal entity, Xerox, is a leading information technology and services company that has redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years. We are currently seeking an Onsite Support Technician to provide direct support to our Santander client in Querétaro.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling incidents, onsite service requests, and printer maintenance.

What you will do:
• Handle onsite user incidents and service requests
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Lexmark equipment
• Manage tickets and incidents in the system (Dynamics 365)
• Prepare Excel reports on SLAs and incidents
• Control consumables and request spare parts

What you need to succeed:
• Technical degree, professional technician diploma, or related bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (intermediate Excel is required)
• Desirable experience repairing Lexmark equipment
• Availability for 100% onsite work in Querétaro

Important:
• Monday to Friday schedule with Saturday on-call rotation
• Shift rotation:

  1. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  3. 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  4. 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
