Overview:
Join Xerox as a Senior Global Spend Management Analyst supporting critical manufacturing and operational sites across Mexico and the United States. In this role, you will help drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement excellence while partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a global environment. What You Will Do:
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies while supporting category management objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
· Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract execution, and supplier selection
· Partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to manage contracts, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with company policies
· Monitor supplier performance, purchasing activities, contract administration, and procurement reporting requirements
· Drive process optimization initiatives, purchasing system improvements, and change management activities across sourcing operations
What You Need to Succeed:
· Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
· Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
· Experience with purchasing systems such as SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
· Demonstrated negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
