Overview:

As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing risk controls and underwriting processes for mid-to-large ticket transactions. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our sales teams and ensuring robust financial decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, analyze, recommend, and implement cost-effective risk controls.
  • Underwrite mid-to-large ticket transactions, including complex deals for major and public sector clients.
  • Lead risk monitoring for accounts with moderate to high complexity.
  • Conduct financial analysis to establish and renew customer credit lines while assessing credit risk.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal departments to resolve credit-related issues effectively.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education & Experience: Degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field; 8+ years prior experience in credit risk analysis or underwriting preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment tools, and credit evaluation frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Communication: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to assess financial health and identify risk exposure effectively.
