Job Tile: Sr. Supply Planner
Summary: To design and execute government policy‑driven unique planning processes with high operational complexity, increased inventory risk and therefore potential supply disruption.
Key responsibilities:
•Design and maintain complex planning logic (MIC, Tariff, COO, Certification)
•Evaluate pre‑build inventory options and manage agreed pre-build inventory
•Assess inventory flexibility and options
•Lead planning risk assessment during NPI/LTB and transitions with increased complexity
•Drive cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and WW/Geo Planning
•Communicate inventory and supply trade‑offs to senior management
•Manage projects, establish new process, implement new initiatives
Required Profile:
•8+ years in Supply Chain / Planning / Operations, engineering background is preferred
•Strong exposure to tariff, COO, localization, compliance‑driven planning
•Ability to understand ambiguous business requirement and help define supply chain processes to address accordingly
•Being Creative in problem solving under highly constrained conditions
•Proven cross‑functional influence capability
•Ability to communicate with CFT and different levels of people
•Experience with SAP / Maestro / Advanced Planning systems
