Overview:

Join our Central Site Operations team as a Central Site Ops (CSO) Lead, where you will play a key role in supporting managed services billing operations and ensuring operational excellence across multiple customer accounts. In this role, you will oversee billing processes, financial performance, and team leadership while delivering high-quality service aligned with client Statements of Work (SOW). You will collaborate across functions to drive accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Lead billing operations for multiple managed services accounts in accordance with customer Statements of Work (SOW).
• Oversee day-to-day billing activities, including pre-invoicing, invoice validation, purchase order requests, and invoice completion.
• Ensure billing reports are accurate and delivered within agreed service levels and organizational standards.
• Monitor account financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L), revenue, costs, and gross margin.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies related to finance, procurement, legal, ethics, and governance.
• Lead, coach, and support the Central Site Operations team to achieve operational objectives.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, billing, finance, reporting, or managed services.
• Experience resolving operational issues, managing escalations, and supporting service delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured approaches to business challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders through phone and email.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and performance metrics is preferred.
