Overview:
Xerox is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support to support our global planning team. As a supply chain professional, you will be responsible for coordinating supply and demand to optimize inventories, costs, and customer service levels.

What you’ll do:
• Manage supply and demand activities within the business unit
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with company targets
• Participate in planning processes, forecasting, and new product introductions
• Recommend strategies to improve manufacturing effectiveness and competitive positioning

• Develop reports related to demand, production, and inventory, and provide status updates in key meetings


What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain
• Knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, MS Office, and materials management,
• Advanced English and strong negotiation skills
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies
