JOB FUNCTION

Working in EMEA Supply Chain Planning department, reporting to the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Manager, the S&OP Coordinator is in charge of managing availability on his/her products portfolio, aligned with Supply Chain fundamentals (inventory, operational costs, supply & demand accuracy) 


ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

Supply Commit - S&OP process 

  • (with Shenzhen/Juarez and Budapest teams), finalize & present the supply commit in S&OP meetings 
  • Propose, get validation (including business case preparation) and ensure end to end coordination on supply & demand improvement actions (air shipment, conversion, switch of demand…) 
  • Communicate supply constraints (to Marketing, Sales, and planning / Backlog monitoring teams) for constraint management activity 

 

Calculate constrain Outlook  

  • Provide inputs to finance revenue outlook process on Supply Chain risk inputs (unavailability & operational risks) 
  • Provide input to finance & distribution on end of month revenue/volumes update  
  • Build and communicate flow outlook & plan direct shipments 
  • Build and communicate inbound outlook 

 

Manage Supply / demand exceptions  

  • Contribute to planning meeting with Supply Planning (Shenzhen/Juarez) and Backlog monitoring (Budapest) teams to review Supply Commit and monitor closely exceptions   
  • Contribute to operations meeting with Distribution and Backlog monitoring teams on unavailability inputs and actions  
  • Analyse end of past month backorder (root causes & actions)  
  • Analyse Supply Commit and in case of any deviation to put in place the right action plan and coordinate the execution (in Example: Push Sales & Marketing to switch demand on products 
  • Validate/request geo balancing from/to other geos, inform Business Ops for stock reservations, request conversion….) 
  • Support inbound/ Emergencies-escalations & exceptions  

 

Inventory Management 

  • Contribute to inventory Outlook (Provide input to inventory manager to ensure Outlook / inventory control vs targets) 
  • Contribute to inventory improvement action plans 
  • Drive actions to reduce slow moving End Of Life inventory 


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years in Supply Chain coordination or Supply Chain Planning
