JOB FUNCTION:

Working within the EMEA Supply Chain Planning organization, the S&OP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product availability across the region while balancing inventory, operational costs, and supply-demand performance. This role acts as a key connection between manufacturing sites, commercial teams, finance, and supply chain stakeholders, supporting business growth through effective Sales & Operations Planning.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

  • Lead Supply Commit activities and coordinate S&OP processes with global planning teams, ensuring accurate supply-demand alignment.
  • Analyze supply constraints and inventory risks, driving corrective actions such as demand reallocation, product conversions, expedited shipments, and geo-balancing.
  • Support revenue forecasting and operational planning by providing supply chain outlooks, risk assessments, and volume updates.
  • Manage supply and demand exceptions, backorders, and critical escalations while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Planning teams.
  • Contribute to inventory optimization initiatives, including reducing excess, slow-moving, and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory.
  • Communicate supply chain insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed business decisions.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional and international business environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and supply-demand balancing processes.
  • Experience collaborating with commercial, operations, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and Kinaxis planning tool is a plus.
